why are there suspicions?

If Islam is the religion of truth then why are there suspicions?

Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):

{ It is He who has sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Book; in it are verses [that are] precise - they are the foundation of the Book - and others unspecific. As for those in whose hearts is deviation [from truth], they will follow that of it which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking an interpretation [suitable to them]. And no one knows its [true] interpretation except Allah . But those firm in knowledge say, "We believe in it. All [of it] is from our Lord." And no one will be reminded except those of understanding.  }

Quran (3:7)

It is normal to have precise as well as unspecific verses so that he who follows his self inclination follows what fits him, and the believers follows the truth.

The truth is clear but there must be unspecific verses so that people think and both disbelief and faith exist.
But the fundamentals of faith are definite.

It is the norm of Allah to command his creation to do the acts of worship and all of this is related to the wisdom that may not be clear for some people. The winner is the one who is guided to understand what is unspecific in the light of what is precise, and the loser is the one who made what he does not understand a veil that prevents him from following the truth.
